Zrii

If anyone is big into the health and wellness world you have probably heard about Deepak Chopra. If you can read the magazine cover it says that zrii is a liquid nutritional based on ancient medicine and endorsed by the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Having battled cancer, I am all about health & wellness! Probably not as much as I should be, but I am trying. Zrii is helping me! I joined the business last week! I liked the fact that it is possible to make it a home based business! One that is not a scam! I am so excited about the business but I am also incredibly excited about the benefits this liquid product has to offer!!! I have been taking it for only a couple weeks now and I am beginning to see the affects working! The past 3 or 4 mornings I have been waking up earlier and feeling better with more energy! Let me know if you are interested in finding out more! You can either try, buy, or sell!

Here are some of the many health benefits:
Anti-ulcer
Reduces bad cholesterol level- LDL
Excellent source of Vitamin C (30x more than oranges)
Antibacterial
Supports cardiovascular health
Supports healthy lungs
Enhances food absorption
Balances stomach acids
Fortifies the liver
Nourishes the brain and mental functioning
Supports the heart
Regulates elimination
Enhances fertility
Good for the skin
Promotes healthier hair
Acts as a body coolant
Flushes out toxins
Increases vitality
Acts as an antioxidant
Enhances immunity

It has also helped with asbergers(sp?), tumor shrinkage, insomnia, migraine headaches, healing from injuries, skin rashes, etc.

One of the reasons I wanted to start drinking Zrii is because of the enhancing fertility factor. My upline shared with me a success story of a man who was told he was infertile. He tried many times to get his wife pregnant. After taking Zrii, he and his wife were able to have a child together! I know that it is completely in God's hands, but hey, what could it hurt, right?!

If you want any more information you can visit www.zrii.com or call the office where I joined the "Zrii Family" as they call it!
(805)445-4454 It is right next door to Tao Chiropractics.

Thanks and I hope you are all doing well!

New Baby!!

Grandma Sheri, Kira, & me
Daddy Andrew holding Jordan
Precious little Angel

Kira had her baby on September 15th at 7:55 in the morning! He weighed 6.8 or 6.9. Cute as ever!!! He is growing quickly every day! Kira says he is a really great baby! His name is Jordan Derek Sanoja! How cute is that!!! What a little bundle of joy! Welcome to the world Jordan!

Body Worlds

My mom Sheri, brother Jamin, and hubby Eric and I went to the California Science Center to see the IMAX movie of the human body and the exhibit called body worlds in Los Angeles the last weekend it was there on the 6th of September. It was incredible!!! In the IMAX it shows a camera going down and into the stomach. I could not watch it because when I saw all the acids and badly chewed food floating around I gagged! Very interesting, though. The exhibit had everything you could imagine! Real babies at 9 weeks old, the human heart, bodies with no skin, a giraff with no skin or fur cut down the middle so that we could see the inside, etc. It sounds gross, but to me, it was incredible to see the amazing creations of God and the complexity of every living being!

Sister's Suntanning by the pool!

Kira's sweet new friend Kari, her husband Rob, and their child Carter have a pool at their apartment complex so Kira and I went to do some relaxing, swimming and suntanning a month or so ago. Well, we had fun together, like we always do!! I love my siblings so much and I love how we have never fought or argued before!! Growing up, my sister and I only remember having two arguments/fights. We were really young. I think we had just moved to Thousand Oaks so I was about 10 or 11 and Kira was about 7 or 8, if I remember right. The first one is this: I had been doing my homework on the floor in the bedroom we shared. Kira was tired so she wanted to go to sleep. I was on a roll so I didn't want to move into the other room. Kira kept asking me if I could do my homework elsewhere and I would not budge. She said she couldn't sleep with the light on so I told her to cover her head. Then she said she can't breath if she covered her head. I didn't want to have to move all my books and stuff, so I think I ended up staying in the room. What a little brat I was!!! Another instance of something bratty I did was this: Kira was in our room and she asked me if I could get her a towel. I told her "no" or "what do you say?" because I wanted her to say please. She socked me in the stomach. HAHA. I feel bad for telling on her because then she got in trouble. Oh man, I can't even imagine getting into any kind of argument or fight with her now. We are so close!

My Cancer Survivor Buddy Alena!!!

Alena & Me in Santa Barbara
Me, Alena, & Hilary

Alena came with her friend Hilary and Hilary's son Brennen to Santa Barbara and I met them there a couple months ago. I am finally blogging about it! I really love all of my cancer survivor buddies! Well, all two of them I guess. We spent some time in S.B. walking around and we stopped for lunch at the Natural Cafe. Then we went to the beach for a little while. It was so much fun getting to visit! I hadn't been to S.B. in a very long time and I didn't realize how close it was to me! I was thinking it was like a couple hours away but it only took me about an hour to get there. We had a great time together! I wish we didn't live so many hours away from each other. :( Maybe some day we will live closer to one another!
