New Pics

Hey Everyone! Before I get to the pictures I want to give you a little update about me! I just finished summer school, Spanish, at Moorpark College. I have two more semesters at CSU Channel Islands so I will be graduating in May '11! I'm very excited! My major is Early Childhood Studies so I hope to get a good job with benefits working with infants after I graduate. I will be taking 16 units (5 classes) both semesters (Fall & Spring) and there is a class each semester that requires 180 hours of student teaching. I am still cancer free and next month will be my 2 1/2 year cancer freemark!!! Hurray!!

My Mom is so sweet!! She came out on my Birthday
from Laguna Beach! We went to this Thai restaurant
for lunch and had some really amazing food. Then we
went to get manicures. Somewhere in there, I can't
remember, we went to Ross where she found a couple
cute outfits, one of which she's wearing in the pic above.
So cute!! Thank you so much, Mom! I had such a
great time with you on my birthday!!!! Unfortunately
I don't have any pictures of that day. = (

Since we weren't able to visit Mom on Mother's Day, Eric and I went to visit on Sunday and had a great time!! We went to the Dana Point Aquarium and saw a lot of cool sea creatures! It was tons of fun! Then we went back to the apartment and had a BBQ which was really yummy! Thanks for doing the BBQing Steve!! They we visited, watched a movie, and had some ice cream with strawberries! I'm so happy that Peg & Jeff were there too! Thanks everyone for everything! Hope we can do it again soon!

Schools Out!

Hey Everyone! School is out so I finally have time to update my blog! The semester went by extremely fast and I was very busy and now I don't know what to do with myself. I'm trying to stay productive so I don't get bored. It's weird not having homework to do. I am taking Spanish over the summer but that doesn't start until June 14th. I wish it started now. I'm really looking forward to it! The fall and spring semester are going to be crazy. I will be taking four 3 unit classes and one 4 unit class both semesters and the 4 unit class I will be given a child care center to student teach at for thirty 6 hour days. I'm a little nervous about everything but I think once the first few weeks of the semester are over I'll have the hang of things. Then I'll graduate in May next year! I feel like it's just around the corner the way time has been flying by!

cracked a flower filled egg on his head. It's a Sanoja
tradition on Easter to hike in Wildwood and
then have an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Everyone
cracks confetti and flower eggs on each others heads.
I wonder who came up with that idea...
